Scheduling Your Appointment
Reach out to us via
to register, we require:
• The client’s full name
• The client’s birthdate
• Personal contact
• Emergency contact
Once your first appointment is scheduled, you will receive:
• Confirmation via Fresha.
• A welcome note from us.
• A reminder 24 hours before your session.
Cancelling & Rescheduling
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, or online session disruptions may incur the full session fee. Your psychologist will discuss this with you.
Payment & Insurance
We collect payment after the session via card, secure online payment, or bank transfer, as per your preference.
We work with insurance on a pay-and-claim basis only. We will provide you with the documents required for you to claim reimbursement for your payment. Let us know if we can help you determine your scope of coverage.

When needed and with your consent, your clinician may work with family, schools, and/or multidisciplinary teams to aid progress.
Our psychologists seek ongoing training and consult other experts to ensure the care you receive is effective and current.Â
We meet you where you are at
We recognize that every client’s experience is different.
• We offer services in an accessible setting that is guided by your needs, circumstances, and other factors.
• We provide a safe and supportive space to work through painful/distressing experiences, and improve wellbeing.
• What you share with us is confidential, except in cases of risk to self/others or legal requirements.
• We respect the time and effort it takes to make meaningful change.

Safety & Emergencies*
Options for urgent help include:
In an emergency, we may contact these services and relay your emergency contact, home address, and necessary confidential information.Â
Communication
• We use WhatsApp and email only for administrative purposes.
• When necessary, we will share confidential information via secure and encrypted platforms compliant with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) guidelines.Â
• Our clinicians do not provide clinical services on social media.
• We encourage you to avoid sharing personal health information digitally when possible.
