Mapletree Clinic is an established psychology clinic that has recently expanded its services to include psychiatry. We are seeking a DHA-licensed Registered Nurse to support our psychiatrist and coordinate client care within a multidisciplinary mental health setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient intake, including medical history, vital signs, and standardized screening
- Support the psychiatrist during consultations and treatment processes
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
- Provide patient education regarding medications and care plans
- Identify and escalate clinical risks in line with clinic protocols
- Coordinate follow-ups and ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation in the clinic’s EMR system
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic policies
Requirements
- Valid DHA Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a medical clinic in Dubai (prior experience in outpatient mental health or psychiatry preferred)
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an asset)
- BLS certification preferred
