Psychiatry Role and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for adult and adolescent patients
• Manage a broad range of psychiatric conditions across general adult and adolescent psychiatry
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions
• Collaborate closely with psychologists and other members of the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records in accordance with DHA regulations
• Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and ongoing service development
• Uphold the highest standards of ethical, professional, and clinical car

Requirements

• DHA Consultant Psychiatrist’s license 
• At least 5 years of experience in adult and adolescent psychiatry in the UAE
• Western or European training preferred
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an asset
