Dr. Hanadi Beydoun, M.A., (LEB)
Psychologist
Individual short and long term psychotherapy for adults.
Services offered in English and Arabic.
My approach
My foundational approach is psychodynamic relational therapy, with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Experiential Psychodynamic Therapy (AEDP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
In session, I aim to cultivate a genuine, supportive connection, offering a safe and nurturing space where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings . I see anxiety and depression as important signals that point to emotions that haven’t yet been fully experienced. Together, we will identify these signals, explore different parts of yourself and make sense of how your past experiences shape your current emotional experiences and behaviors. By walking this journey together, we will uncover and address the deeper issues that might be affecting your well-being, helping you develop healthier and more fulfilling patterns in your life.
My areas of interest include:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Grief and Loss
- Childhood adversitie
- Trauma
- Relationships and Interpersonal difficulties
- Identity and sexuality
I work with the belief that the experience of ‘undoing aloneness’ lies at the heart of therapeutic change.
